World-class climber and guide Wilfred Moshi will share his experiences, insights and pictures from both adventures. Moshi became the first Tanzanian and the third African to summit Mount Everest in 2012. He’s also the founder, owner and chief guide of Kili Treks Tanzania, which leads multiple groups to the 19,341-foot top of Africa each year.

Wilfred Moshi is the senior guide and owner of Kili Treks Tanzania. Being the first and only Tanzanian to summit Mt Everest, Wilfred has the highest personal credentials to ensure clients have a safe and rewarding Kilimanjaro climb. He has 20 years of experience on Mt Kilimanjaro, and he has climbed the mountain more than 100 times, which makes him uniquely qualified to advise clients of the most suitable route for their group to safely reach the summit.
Wilfred is a local Moshi, Tanzania resident and is a member of the Chagga Tribe. He is committed to the care and protection of the local Kilimanjaro area and ensures that his team follows eco-friendly Leave No Trace practices.
